"I" is for Ice Cream!

Most of us enjoy a cold serving of ice cream in the summer time. Here's a link to a recipe to make a serving of ice cream in a bag. Sounds like a fun project for the kids.

  1. I'm allergic to dairy, but we make lovely ice cream by mashing a banana and mixing it with cocoa powder, then freezing.

  4. Ice cream in a bag. Sounds fun. I guess it's a bit tricky to get the ingredients here, but otherwise I would try it.
Have fun in the second half of the challenge!

  7. Making ice cream like that does sound like a fun little project. We had an old ice cream maker when I was growing up. It was the kind that needs rock salt and a lot of ice. Ironically, we pretty much only made ice cream in the winter, when we could use snow and icicles in place of ice to pack it with.
