I May Be Off the Slipper Obsesson...

I have found a pattern for dishcloths that I like very much at least with multicolored yarn. The pattern is on this page. I used the alternate stitch dishcloth pattern. When I started the dishcloth in the multi-brown color, I didn't like it but as it progressed, I fell in love with the color. Here's pictures of the 2 dishcloths I made yesterday.

Feeling somewhat better. I had my thyroid meds adjusted, finally got prescribed something for the chronic leg/foot cramps I get and I'm back on antidepressants. All together, I'm on 13 medications! I'm turning into my grandmother with her shoe box of medications. Okay, I promised myself that I wouldn't become a complainer so that's enough on this subject.

I hope y'all are having a wonderful weekend. I'm enjoying the cooler (but not cold) temperatures and wishing it would stay like this for a long time. Have a great week.

Hugs to all...

I'm Still Here...

I mentioned in my last post that I was getting used to some new medications and that's why I haven't been around much. I am feeling so much better but my concentration is still very short. Anyway, I seem to be obsessed with making slippers. Several wips have become ufos as I churn out some more slippers for me and the gift drawer. Here's a slide show look at the ones I've made so far:

Thanks for coming back and not forgetting me. You are all very much appreciated and I enjoy visiting your blogs too.

I Know I've Been Absent from Here

Lots going on. I've started on some new medications and it's taking me a while to get used to them. Also have a problem tooth that I'm getting a root canal finished tomorrow. Anyway, I thought I would show you some pictures of 2 scarves I made. I made these a while ago but wasn't able to post pictures of until today when they arrived at their destination. Here they are--

.
Both scarves are made of single crochets worked in long rows. The first scarve is worked in back loops only and the 2nd scarf is plain ol' single crochets. There were no ends to weave in because I incorporated them into the fringe so these were easy peasy to make.
