WIP Wednesday--Even More Tomato Sauce (03 August 2011)
I'm making tomato sauce again. I usually get 2 pints and about 5, 1/2 pints. Seems like a lot of work for such a small quantity but the taste is so much better and since no salt is used, it's low sodium too. Here's a glimpse of what I've got going this morning.

Yum! It's nice to see someone share other than crochet WIPs. My tomatoes are all still green but should be getting red soon. I'll be giving them away since I don't even like tomatoes, LOL.

ReplyDeleteIt smells delicious too! Marie Anne--I don't like tomatoes either. Anything with tomato pulp or seeds in it almost makes me choke. I know, that's strange since everyone else I know loves tomatoes. Now, tomato sauces and ketchup are great, just leave out the pulp and seeds.
