More Information on Picasa/Blogger Photo Storage Issues
Here is some more information on using Picasa for your blog photos. Hope this helps out others before they get in the position of either having to pay for increased storage, resizing all their pictures or starting a new blog.
I was paying for extra storage until they upped the limit so I cancelled the plan. My pictures transferred over from Picasa to Google+ on their own somehow. I have a lot of storage again.
I'm on Google+ and then I ran out of space when I got to 1G. I've paid for a few months for increased storage but I'm downsizing all my photos and try to get it free again.
