For some reason google says I am not allowed to access commenting on your blog.

I know, because I chose the name/URL posting option, but when I try posting with my google blogspot account it says I don't have permission to access it. I don't know why it's doing that.
What are your thoughts? Your opinions are important to me so if you think I am right on or off my rocker let me know.
