Here's another hanging towel and dishcloth set for the kitchen--this time in pink! I'm getting hooked (excuse the pun) on making these because they go so fast. Here it is:
That sounds like a good plan. Maybe you can work up some appliques on them for an even more decorative feel. Like adding tiny little roses or hearts and such near the top of the towel hangs!!! Some people even have entire themes in their kitchen so you could even do like grape and strawberry appliques too. Just an idea to help. Not that you need any, lol, those are totally fabulous as is as well. Hugs and many blessings to you. I really dig your blog, you have class.
Piper, thank you for your nice comments and thank you for your suggestions too. I like the idea of appliqués. I'll have to look around to see where I can find some at reasonable cost.
You can crochet some appliques from lighter weight yarn, like cotton thread, or use the same yarn, that new yarn / thread you just got would work great, there are tons of free patterns out there for them!! (Smiles)
I love it. :)

ReplyDeleteThanks! I'm getting hooked on these. I'm making these for Christmas then I'm going to get a bunch made to sell at a craft show next year (maybe).
