Monday's Link to Free Crochet Pattern (18 May 2015)

I have seen numerous types of crocheted food that I think are great for kids to play with. Here's a link to a pattern for a bologna sandwich that the kids will enjoy serving up. These toys won't take up too much room and are fun to boot!

It's the Easter Bunny!

Sitting like a lady

Showing off the booty tail

Here is my latest FO--the Easter Bunny. This pattern needs a bit of tweeking and proofing but overall, I like the design and how it turned out for me. I want to figure out a way to make it part of our Easter centerpiece. Maybe I'll sit it on a large decorative dish with Easter grass and put some foil wrapped candies around it. Hope you all have a wonderful week.

Hugs,
Sharon

Hi-Fiber Cheeseburger Anyone???

I had scheduled the free pattern of the week ahead of time and forgot about it when I whipped up my version of it last night. The only change I made to my version was I made a square slice of "cheese" instead of the round one in the pattern. So, without further delay, here's a hi-fiber cheeseburger for you--

Do you need a quick to make gift for a younger child?  Here's a cute "cheeseburger" that might fit the bill.

Teddy Bear Gets a Shirt

I was trying to organize one of the spare bedrooms today.  This room temporarily lost a closet to the new hall/stairs leading to the garage.  One of these days, we'll put a small closet back in there.  For the time being, I have a pile of "stuff" to do something with.  I found a box of stuffed animals that I had here for my dil's granddaughter to play with when she was smaller.  This "nekkid" teddy bear called out to me that he needed a shirt.  Then, a loose pattern was in the room for teddy bear shirts!  Musta been in the stars for this bear to get a new shirt today.  Here's the pic of him and the link to the pattern.  If you're going to make this, take the designers advice and MEASURE where she says measure and don't guesstimate because I had to add extra on the side seams before sewing them up. Takes a tad bit over 1/2 hour to make this.  Enjoy!
