I've made many a pair of slippers similar to this and they are great and long lasting. :)Sande Francishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04876881505975645650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3557614577091431398.post-3210525048146011402011-02-11T20:08:54.808-05:002011-02-11T20:08:54.808-05:00I've made this pattern so many times that I ha...I've made this pattern so many times that I have it memorized. I think that this pattern is a little "small" for people with large feet and people with feet that swell, it needs to be bigger too. This is the first time I wrote down how I enlarged it so I can do it the same way the next time. My husband isn't too fond of crocheted slippers. He wears "regular" ones that he keeps by the door unless Nellie Belle takes them to play with. My uncle and brother really like them. I haven't made any for my brother for a while now so he's probably about due for a pair. If you're reading this brother, let me know!Sharon Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12178652815840919077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3557614577091431398.post-71142194911344711012011-02-11T19:34:18.647-05:002011-02-11T19:34:18.647-05:00Wow it sure does take more yarn but so worth it Im...Wow it sure does take more yarn but so worth it Im sure. I think its great that you take the time to make changes for different sizes and also share it with others I will have to keep that in mind if I ever want to make hubby a pair :o) He usually just goes around the house barefoot most times.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
